My Experience With Maude Vibe

Riding Solo

I first opted to try the Maude Vibe alone, as I find that gives me more time and room to try out the different features. It didn’t disappoint! The first setting is too mild to do much more, but it is excellent for foreplay. Where the patterns may have served that function in other toys, it gives a good rate of vibration that works well with the consistent pressure. I found it was perfect for enhancing the overall experience.

Once I worked up to the second and third level, I was surprised by their strength. You can play with the full toy, getting different intensities along the stem. The most direct pleasure comes from the tip, and I found the third level a little much for my preference, with level two being just right. Your mileage may vary depending on your sensitivity.

Ease of Use

There are no frills here, which is a plus for those who are serious about our vibrators. Unlike most products, there are no patterns available. I am not a fan of most patterns and tend to ignore them in favor of consistent pressure. Not having to toggle between a dozen settings to make my way back to what I want is a huge win, in my opinion. The shape, size, and weight are all well balanced, making it a breeze to use solo or with a partner. Quality

I am taking off a couple of points on behalf of those who like more customization and because it is a little louder than those who want a discreet vibe may prefer. If you are looking for a chic, minimalist, strong vibrator for a price point that fits into most budgets, this is a great choice.

The price is right for what you get with the Maude Vibe. It isn’t “cheap” when compared to a $15 vibrator you can find at most online sex shops. However, the quality compared to the cost is awesome. Not only are you getting a toy that will take anyone where they want to go, but it’s versatile, powerful, and rechargeable. That last one is important! No one wants to be fiddling with batteries in this day and age. Even the feeling of the silicone is more impressive than you would expect for the price tag.

Performance

Performance-wise, I was happy with the Maude Vibe. It has a 1.5 (max speed) to 2.5 (min speed) hour battery life with a quick charge through its USB charger. There is a single button, which you hold down for a few seconds to turn off and on and run through its three speeds. You can compare the max speed against most high-end competitors, and even the medium speed is shockingly strong. The low speed is a little underwhelming, but probably perfect for more sensitive folks.

Packaging

The Maude Vibe comes in a solid cardboard tube with a lid. Inside, you will find a simple zip-up carrying case that contains the toy. I liked the packaging because both of those packaging items are very discreet. You wouldn’t see either and think “sex toy.” Compared to other brands, you usually get the same kind of silken drawstring bag that is unmistakable. You wouldn’t glance at the Maude Vibe packaging and think twice about what it could be.
